Our Policy

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to complete the pre-check-in, ensuring all details are correctly filled out and the payment is made.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations are allowed without any cost up to 7 days before the check-in date. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded. After the 7-day period, the client must pay the full amount of the stay on the same day or the day of the reservation; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.

NO-SHOW POLICY:
In case of a no-show, as indicated in the previous section, the total amount of the stay must be paid.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS POLICY:
The hotel does not have extra beds. Children under 10 years old can share a bed. From 10 years old onwards, they will be treated as adults and must occupy a bed for themselves.
